As members of the Body of Christ, Cape First is called into the world to proclaim the gospel message of redemption through Jesus Christ.

Each year the Cape First family prayerfully and financially supports more than 60 foreign and home missionaries, churches in the Ukraine, Russia and the inner city of St. Louis as well as the House of Hope in south Cape Girardeau.

At Cape First, we are committed to telling others about Jesus. Whether it’s in our city, region, country, or in a foreign country, our goal is to obey Christ’s command to “go into all the world and preach the gospel”.
