The goal of I.M.P.A.C.T. (Cape First’s Men’s ministry) is to provide men with the tools they need to become men of (I)ntegrity, (M)ission, (P)urpose, (A)ction, (C)ourage, and (T)ruth.

Through Nets (small groups), men-only Encounters (retreats), and men’s Gathering (events that celebrate Jesus), men are challenged and encouraged to discover the destiny God has for them.

Gary Brothers is the Senior Pastor at Cape First, one of the fastest growing churches in Southern Missouri. His mission is to go into every person’s “world” and preach the gospel anyway possible. This goal led to the creation of a television ministry “Discovering Life” that is viewed in five states. It also led to the transition of Cape First from a program-based church to a cell-based church (Net-Works). Pastor Gary teaches God’s Word in a practical way that you can use in your everyday life. He's been a pastor for nearly 30 years; 20 of those at Cape First. He has traveled to over 20 countries encouraging leaders and ministering in large conferences, crusades, and colleges. Pastor Gary is especially connected with helping pastors in Russia, Ukraine, and India.
